About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, helping to shape and implement human capital strategies that align with the company's vision of social value and sustainable development. You will champion employee engagement, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in navigating organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning and Execution
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of organizational and talent strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Cultural and Organizational Transformation
- Lead initiatives that foster cultural change, employee commitment, and enhanced organizational engagement.
- Serve as an employee advocate and change agent to ensure a supportive and high-performing work environment.
- HR Advisory and Coaching
- Provide strategic HR consulting and coaching to business leaders on critical issues including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and compliance.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations and organizational challenges.
- Support Business Transformations
- Guide HR initiatives during periods of structural change, such as reorganizations or M&A integrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with senior division leaders (SVPs, SDs) to co-create and drive business strategies through effective HR interventions.
Mandatory:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy planning as an HRBP or across key CoE domains such as:

- Compensation Strategy
- Workforce Planning
