- Optimize HR processes through data-driven decision-making and the utilization of enterprise HRIS platforms.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP or Generalist Manager capacity.
- Industry Background: Proven track record within the Retail, Fashion, or high-volume service sectors.
- Legal Expertise: Deep knowledge of Japanese Labor Standards Law and experience managing complex employee relations.
- Language Skills: Native-level Japanese and Business-level English for global reporting and regional collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and proficiency in modern HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
