We are currently supporting a strategic search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a globally recognized leader in the branded consumer goods and lifestyle footwear industry.
As a critical member of the regional Talent Acquisition team, you will serve as the strategic architect of talent for two of the most dynamic markets in Asia. Based in Tokyo, this role is a high-visibility opportunity to drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across commercial, corporate, and retail functions, directly influencing the growth and organizational design of a world-renowned brand.

The core mission is to transition beyond simple execution into a "trusted advisor" capacity. You will balance high-volume operational recruitment (managing 10-15 concurrent requisitions) with strategic market mapping and employer branding initiatives that elevate the firm's presence across the APAC region.
