About the Role
The Associate / Lead Associate will join the Work, Rewards & Careers consulting practice and support projects focused on organizational design, talent strategy, and reward frameworks. Working under the guidance of senior consultants and directors, the role involves contributing to the analysis, development, and delivery of solutions that address clients’ organizational and workforce challenges.
This position provides the opportunity to develop hands-on consulting experience while working with a diverse range of clients. As part of a collaborative project team, the Associate will support research, analysis, and solution development, gradually building the expertise required to contribute to complex consulting engagements.
Responsibilities
- Support consulting teams in identifying and analyzing organizational and workforce-related challenges faced by client organizations.
- Conduct research, gather relevant data, and assist in analyzing current organizational and human resource practices.
- Assist in preparing and supporting interviews with client leadership and employees to gather qualitative insights.
- Analyze compensation structures, workforce data, and organizational frameworks to support project recommendations.
- Work with consultants to develop potential solutions and improvement initiatives related to talent management, organizational design, and reward strategies.
- Prepare analytical materials, simulation models, and presentation documents used in client reports and proposals.
- Participate in team discussions to deepen understanding of client challenges and contribute to solution development.
- Support communication, coordination, and project management tasks to ensure smooth delivery of consulting engagements.
