About the Role
The Consultant will play a key role in delivering strategic advisory services related to organization design, talent management, and reward strategies. As a core member of project teams, the Consultant will support clients in addressing complex workforce and organizational challenges, translating analytical insights into practical solutions that drive business outcomes.
Working closely with project managers and senior consultants, the role involves participating in the full project lifecycle—from problem definition and analysis to solution design and implementation support. The Consultant will also contribute to client communication, project delivery, and internal knowledge development while gaining exposure to a wide range of domestic and multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and senior team members to plan and execute consulting projects related to organizational and workforce strategy.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify key organizational and talent management challenges.
- Support the design and development of solutions related to organization structure, talent strategy, performance management, and reward frameworks.
- Conduct interviews with client leadership and employees to gather insights and assess current practices.
- Analyze compensation, workforce, and organizational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop analytical models, scenario simulations, and implementation roadmaps to support client recommendations.
- Prepare client presentations and contribute to communicating findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with client teams and support project coordination and delivery.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, methodology development, and operational improvements.
- Support proposal development and business development activities for new consulting engagements.
- Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate.

- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.

- Prior experience or knowledge in strategy consulting, management consulting, or organizational and human resources advisory.
- Knowledge of human resources systems, compensation structures, or employee benefits frameworks.
- Experience supporting client engagements, proposals, or project delivery.
- Business-level English proficiency.
